Join Breathwork coach Ché Fegan in a 1.5hr workshop where you will learn breathing techniques that will help with daily life. Through this experience you will learn:
-Breathing techniques to help energize, cleanse and balance the mind and body.
-How to relax the nervous system to help destress.
-Strengthen the respiratory system.
-Relaxing Himalayan sound bowl bath.
This workshop is unsuitable for people who already have lung and breathing problems. Pranayama should not be practiced if you have a flu or cold.This Class is not suitable for someone who is Pregnant, but there are many techniques that are safe to practice in Pranayama.
