Mindfull exercises with Louise

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe and powerful form of breathwork that allows us to
explore altered states of consciousness. It brings about a deep self-awareness and connection with
ourselves, allowing us to heal and realign with our authentic self. 

Sessions run for approximately 90 minutes and include grounding meditation, active breathwork, relaxation along with other mindful exercises.
Each week we will cover a different topic such as self reflection, judgment, inner child work. We will explore these topics in-depth and release any negativity we may be carrying related to them. 
This is an incredibly powerful form of healing that should not be missed out upon. 

So come join me, Louise, and bring along your yoga mat, a blanket and an eye pillow (optional) to fully immerse yourself in this incredible journey.

Drop In classes are €20 or €85 for 5 weeks.
