Pilates with Roisin

Pilates will help you to explore the movement patterns in your body, build your strength and tune into your breathe. 

In this class you will be guided through a Pilates flow that lets you move mindfully, integrating your breathe with your body movements. You take everything at your own pace; working with your body’s abilities and energy levels on the day.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or already a Pilates lover this class will leave you feeling centred and energised.

Dates: Saturday 29th Jan to 5thMarch

Class time: 10.30am, classes are 50 minutes

Cost: €70 for 6 weeks.
