Vinyasa with Lydia
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga which combines asanas with the breath. We will build up heat in the first section of the class as we progress through a series of asanas, each with modifications making the class accessible for all levels. Once we’ve built up the heat we will go deeper into our flexibility and strength before cooling down and rewarding ourselves with a deep meditation in Savasana. The combination of asanas and breath work has a calming effect which will enable a deeper meditative state at the end of class, and leave the participants feeling centered and relaxed.
