Yoga with Lisa
In this Ashtanga Vinyasa based class we’ll begin with the dynamic flow of the Sun Salutations. During the class we’ll use our breath and movement to awaken and unlock our energy channels, tone and strengthen the body and soothe the nervous system.
Throughout the whole class you’ll learn how to use your breath as a source of movement and also as a source that calms the mind. The practice will lengthen and strengthen your muscles and is also an excellent foundation for avoiding sports injuries!
