Tickets for events such as Dinner & Show can be purchased on the events page.

To make a reservation for Mayfield please complete the form on this page.Once submitted we will review your request and confirm back to you within 24 hours via the email address you entered (so please ensure it is a valid email).

During busy weekend brunch hours, seating is limited to 1.5 hours.
