Golden Age Yoga
This class is suitable for those working with limited mobility or stamina and who desire a gentle and uplifting yoga practice for overall wellbeing.
Yoga offers many different health benefits at any stage of life. We will work towards greater strength, flexibility and stability. Relaxation and breathing exercises are a natural part of the class to support a calm and peaceful mind.
Many yoga poses will be done sitting on a chair or using a wall when standing. Props will be used to allow those with less strength or flexibility to work correctly.
Yoga is for all phases of life. If you can breath you can do yoga!
