Yoga Flow with Luke

An open level flow class with a Hatha style influence. There will be multiple variations of each pose to make this class accessible to all levels. Focusing on breathwork and movement we will bring strength and relaxation into the class.

Closing the class with Shavasana we will be leaving with positive energy and a bright outlook on the day ahead
